Chairman of the Punjab Small Industries and Export Corporation (PSIEC), Dalvir Singh Dhillon, today heard public grievances during a 'Lok Milni' programme organised at village Kanjhla and interacted with the residents to take stock of their problems, suggestions and development-related demands. Directing the concerned officials to take immediate and necessary action, the Chairman emphasised that genuine public grievances should be addressed in a time-bound manner so that people receive prompt and effective redressal.

Dalvir Singh Dhillon said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government is committed to delivering citizen-centric governance by ensuring that public issues are resolved at the grassroots level. He said that 'Lok Milni' programmes have emerged as an effective platform for strengthening direct communication between the Government and the people while ensuring greater administrative accountability.
