He wrote on his social media account X that today Prime Minister Modi Ji had a very warm and positive telephone conversation with the President of the United States Donald J Trump, the White House and both leaders reviewed the remarkable progress in the India–US Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership. They expressed deep satisfaction on the continuous strengthening of bilateral cooperation in all major areas. Grewal said that this meaningful and constructive conversation reflects the rising position of New India under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Modi Ji and brings immense pride to every citizen.
Grewal told that Prime Minister Modi Ji shared that his discussion with President Trump was extremely warm, cordial, meaningful and full of goodwill. This strengthens the bonds of trust, friendship, cooperation and mutual respect between India and the United States. He said that such positive developments fill every Indian with happiness and confidence as the world continues to acknowledge and admire India’s growing influence.
He said that next week from 15 to 18 December Prime Minister Modi Ji will be on a four day visit to Jordan, Ethiopia and Oman. Grewal said that this will be Prime Minister Modi Ji’s first visit to Ethiopia and it is another proud moment for our Nation as India continues to build stronger ties of partnership, development and goodwill across continents.
Grewal told that we are also delighted that the Prime Minister of Italy Giorgia Meloni has extended a warm and gracious invitation to Prime Minister Modi Ji to visit Italy in 2026 which our Prime Minister has happily accepted. He said that this invitation was conveyed by Antonio Tajani, the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Italy, during his meeting with Prime Minister Modi Ji in India.
Grewal said that this reflects the growing friendship, trust, respect and cooperation between India and Italy. He said that under the strong, compassionate, visionary and globally admired leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji our Nation is rising with pride, joy, unity, hope and unstoppable progress.
