Ministry of Minority Affairs organised Swacchata Hi Sewa Campaign 2025 at Gurdwara Bangla Sahib under august presence of Union Minister of Minority Affairs Shri Kiren Rijiju. Union Minister of Minority Affairs Shri Kiren Rijiju stressed on the importance of Swachhta during his address at Gurudwara Bangla Sahib Park after administering Swachhata Pledge and participation in Cleanliness drive. 

Shri Rijiju said that Swachhata Pakhwada will be held till 2nd October 2025 ,starting from 17.09.25 ; Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s birthday. Union Minister of Minority Affairs Shri Kiren Rijiju further said that Prime Minister’s Vision of Sabka Sath Sabka Vikaas can only be realised through welfare and infrastructure development of the Minorities for which Ministry of Minority Affairs is doing its consistent efforts through various schemes like Pradhan Mantri Virasat Ka Samvardhan (PM VIKAS) scheme , Pradhan Mantri Jan Vikas Karyakram (PMJVK) etc.

Union Minister Shri Rijiju appreciated the efforts of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) to achieve Prime Minister’s vision and said that committee is doing commendable efforts for skill development of youths. 

Shri Rijiju also distributed Safai kits to Safai Mitras along with Secretary , Ministry of Minority Affairs, Dr. Chandra Shekhar Kumar and Joint Secretary Shri Ram Singh with Joint Secretary Shri Shersha C Shaik Mohiddin.

Shri Kiren Rijiju also participated in the VC for Swastha Parivaar Abhiyaan inaugurated by Hon’ble Prime Minister at Dhar, Madhya Pradesh in which all the Ministry officials also participated and listened to the Prime Minister’s Message.
