The District Administration Ramban today bid a warm farewell to SSP Kulbir Singh, who has been transferred on promotion to serve as Director Commando Training Centre, Lathpura. The farewell ceremony, held under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Ramban, Mohammad Alyas Khan, was marked by deep appreciation for Kulbir Singh’s commendable service and administrative acumen. 

The event was attended by senior officers, including ADC Varunjeet Singh Charak, ACP Ashfaq Ahmed, CPO Dr. Shakeeb Ahmed Rather and other district officers, who came together to extend their best wishes.

On the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner lauded the outgoing officer’s unwavering commitment to public service, describing him as a dedicated leader who consistently upheld integrity and inspired excellence among his colleagues. 

He also acknowledged Kulbir Singh's significant contributions in overall peace and developmental initiatives and administrative efficiency in the district. Other officers, including the ADC also hailed theout going police officer for effective handling of multiple challenges and meeting the  administrative targets with professionalism and determination.

In his farewell address, Kulbir Singh expressed heartfelt gratitude for the support and cooperation he received from the District Administration during his tenure. He shared meaningful reflections from his service journey and thanked the administration for organizing a memorable farewell.
