Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) Chairman, Sh. Himmat Singh informed that the CET examination was successfully conducted on July 26 and 27. Admit cards were issued for more than 13.48 lakh candidates for these two days.On Sunday, the exam was held in two shifts. In the first shift, the exam was conducted for 3,37,022 candidates at 1,335 examination centers, while in the second shift, 3,36,624 candidates appeared at 1,333 centers.

Earlier, on July 26, arrangements were made for 6,75,051 candidates. across all shifts on both days, the average attendance exceeded 90 percent, reflecting the growing public confidence in the Commission and the transparency of the examination process.

Sh. Himmat Singh further informed that extensive technical arrangements were made at both the district and state levels to ensure accurate and transparent monitoring of the examination process. A state-of-the-art control room was set up at the Commission’s headquarters in Panchkula, from where all exam centers across the state were monitored.

Live streaming from over 50,000 cameras was tracked on 26 large screens and 50 laptops installed in the control room. Each screen displayed feeds from 9 cameras simultaneously. With the help of artificial intelligence, the visuals automatically changed every 15 seconds. In case of crowding or any irregularity at a center, the relevant feed would automatically pop up on the screen, he shared.

Sh. Himmat Singh said that more than 100 staff members remained continuously active at the HSSC headquarters to oversee the entire process. Separate monitoring centers were also set up in all districts. Real-time biometric attendance data was sent from the exam centers to the headquarters, ensuring transparency and reliability in the process, he informed.

Sh. Himmat Singh expressed gratitude to all departments, social and religious organizations, bar associations, Haryana Transport Department, Railways, district administrations, observers, teachers, and the entire staff who contributed to the successful conduct of the examination.
