It's Also the first Punjabi film or we can say first Pakistani Punjabi film to cross three figure mark worldwide. It has collected a whopping Rs. 396 crore worldwide which is a big number for a regional film released in pakistan.
The release of The Legend Of Maula Jatt in India on December 30,2022 was halted earlier due to some unavoidable circumstances at that time. But again after a gap of almost 2 years the film is set to release in India on Gandhi Jayanti.

Coming to the credits the film stars Fawad Khan and Mahir Khan in lead roles who has also worked in many bollywood films earlier. Along with them Hamza Ali Abbasi, Humaima Malick, Mirza Gohar Rasheed, Faris Shafi, Ali Azmat, Nayyer Ejaz, Shafqat Cheema, Raheela Agha, Zia Khan and Saima Baloch will be seen playing important part in the film.
The tasks of Director, Screenplay, DOP, and Editor are managed by Bilal Lashari. Bilal Lashari and Nasir Adeeb have written the script of this blockbuster thriller. Ammara Hikmat, Ali Murtaza and Bilal Lashari have bankroled the film.
The release of The Legend Of Maula Jatt in India is managed by Zee Studios which will add another feather of success to their portfolio for sure. The key advantage for the film is its solo punjabi film release on the holiday which can be advantageous for the collection of the film.
