In a significant move towards strengthening the National Students' Union of India (NSUI) in Punjab, Isherpreet Singh Sidhu, the President of NSUI Punjab, has announced the formation of a new NSUI unit in Mohali. This newly established team, under Sidhu's leadership, consists of dedicated and dynamic individuals who are set to drive positive change among the youth in the region.
Jashanpreet Singh Mandher has been appointed as the President of the Mohali unit, with Sehaj Baidwan taking on the role of Vice President. Jaskaran Bhangu will serve as the General Secretary, and Navjot Singh Saini has been designated as the Secretary. This core team reflects the NSUI's commitment to empowering young leaders who will work tirelessly to motivate and uplift the youth in Mohali.
Speaking on the occasion, Isherpreet Singh Sidhu stated, "The formation of this new unit in Mohali is a crucial step in our mission to build a robust network of young leaders across Punjab. Our primary goal is to empower the youth, giving them the tools and opportunities they need to excel and contribute to society."
Following the setup of this new team, NSUI Punjab will undertake an Awareness Campaign addressing the pressing issue of the drug menace in Punjab. Recognizing the severe impact that drug addiction has on the state's youth, Isherpreet Singh Sidhu has prioritized this campaign to combat the growing crisis.
The drug menace is a grave threat to our future generations. Through this campaign, we aim to reach out to as many young people as possible, educating them about the dangers of drug abuse and inspiring them to choose a path of growth and development," Sidhu added.
