Social Justice and Empowerment Minister, Sh. Bisamber Singh today hoisted the flag at Charkhi Dardi. Addressing the gathering the Minister said that the present state government, committed to good governance and service, has worked for the progress and upliftment of every part of Haryana and every Haryanvi, following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas" and "Haryana Ek-Haryanvi Ek.’ He said that adopting a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption, the government has provided transparent governance.
The Minister said that today, there is direct communication between the public and the government. He said that large-scale use of information technology has been implemented to minimize human intervention in administration. Benefits such as marriage grants for poor daughters, pensions for the elderly, widows, and disabled, BPL cards, and Chiryayu cards are now directly transferred to the eligible individual's account with just a click. The government is committed to the welfare and upliftment of all marginalized and disadvantaged sections of society, said Sh. Bisamber Singh.
He said that efforts are being made to enhance health services by opening medical colleges in every district and increasing necessary equipment in other health institutions so that citizens can access better health facilities closer to their homes. Government medical colleges will be established in Charkhi Dadri, Panchkula, Palwal, and Fatehabad.
