Mr. Tariq Ahmad Shera, the esteemed President of Angel's Cultural Academy (ACA) & Shahr-e-Khaas Literary & Cultural Welfare Society (SKLCWS), was honored with the prestigious Human Rights Nobel Award 2024. The award was presented by the Member of Parliament Er.Gulam Ali Khatana in a grand ceremony at Tagore Hall, Srinagar.

Organized by the Global Human Rights Trust, India, this accolade celebrates Mr. Shera’s extraordinary contributions to social and cultural activism in Kashmir.
