The Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh, announced that the Apple Fruit & Vegetable Market in Pinjore will become operational on July 15, 2024. To ensure a smooth commencement of the season, all basic facilities at the mandi will be made available before July 15, providing vendors with more space to sell apples.
Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh gave these direction while presiding over a meeting with the officers of the Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board (HSAMB) here today, issuing pivotal directives to enhance the operational efficiency and infrastructure of agricultural markets across the state. Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Khetihar Mazdoor Jeevan Suraksha Yojana Age Limit Extended to 75 Years.
The Chief Minister announces to extend the age eligibility under the Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Khetihar Mazdoor Jeevan Suraksha Yojana from 65 to 75 years to beneficiary victims. The scheme’s coverage will be expanded to include death caused by lightning, animal-related accidents, and leakage of poisonous gases from tubewells. The department has disbursed 134 crore under the scheme to the beneficiaries in last 7 years.
The claimants covered under the scope of this scheme includes, in the event of death, the compensation shall be Rs. 5,00,000/-. For a permanent disability resulting from the breakage of the backbone or other causes, the assistance will be Rs. 2,50,000/-. In cases of amputation of two limbs or a permanent serious injury, the amount will be Rs. 1,87,500/-.
For a permanent serious injury or the amputation of one limb, where the amputation of four fingers is considered equivalent to the loss of one limb, the compensation is Rs. 1,25,000/-. If a full finger is amputated, the assistance provided will be Rs. 75,000/-. For a partial amputation of a finger, the financial assistance will be Rs. 37,500/-.
Vivadhon Ka Samadhan Scheme Extended to September 30, 2024, with Modifications
The ‘Vivadhon Ka Samadhan’ scheme, which was reviewed during the meeting, will be extended until September 30, 2024, with new modifications. A 20-day grace period for installment payments in old cases will be introduced, exempting such allottees from penalties if payments are made within this period.
For cases where the outstanding amount exceeds the current market value of the plot, an option for plot resumption with a fresh auction will be provided. Any excess amount from the reserve price will be shared equally between the old allottee and the department.
Furthermore, for allotments made before March 20, 2000, where compound interest was imposed, the interest will now be converted to simple interest, and the due amount will be recalculated. The benefits of the 'Vivadhon Ka Samadhan' scheme will also be applicable to these revised amounts.
Seven New Atal Kisan Mazdoor Canteens to Open, Boosting Total to 47
The Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh was apprised during the meeting that 7 new Atal Kisan Mazdoor Canteens will be opened, adding to the 40 canteens already in operation. To improve infrastructure, the Chief Minister directed that all essential facilities, such as the repair of covered sheds, platforms, and stormwater drainage systems, be ensured before the next marketing Kharif season.
This project includes repairing 384 identified roads at an estimated cost of Rs. 240 crore and addressing new roads covering 284 roads spanning 702 kilometers, with an estimated expense of Rs. 353 crore. Earlier, 388 roads length 1096 Km with an estimated cost Rs. 258 crore in progress for repair.
The meeting was attended by Haryana Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Minister, Sh. Kanwar Pal, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Sh. V. Umashankar, Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture & Farmers Welfare Department, Sh. Ankur Gupta, Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Smt. Ashima Brar, Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, Sh. Mukesh Ahuja, besides other senior officers were present.

सात नई अटल किसान मजदूर कैंटीन खुलेंगी, अब कैंटीनों की संख्या बढ़कर हुई 47

हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह ने घोषणा की है कि पिंजौर में सेब (फल) और सब्जी मंडी 15 जुलाई, 2024 को चालू हो जाएगी। सेब बेचने के लिए मंडी में सभी बुनियादी सुविधाएं 15 जुलाई से पहले उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगी, जिससे विक्रेताओं को अधिक जगह मिलेगी। मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह ने आज यहां हरियाणा राज्य कृषि विपणन बोर्ड (एचएसएएमबी) के अधिकारियों के साथ एक बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते हुए राज्य भर में कृषि बाजारों को चलाने की दक्षता और बुनियादी ढांचे को बढ़ाने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश दिए।
मुख्यमंत्री किसान एवं खेतीहर मजदूर जीवन सुरक्षा योजना की आयु सीमा 75 वर्ष तक बढ़ाई
मुख्यमंत्री ने कृषि कार्य के दौरान लाभार्थी पीड़ितों के लिए मुख्यमंत्री किसान एवं खेतीहर मजदूर जीवन सुरक्षा योजना के तहत आयु पात्रता 65 वर्ष से बढ़ाकर 75 वर्ष करने की घोषणा की है। बिजली गिरने से होने वाली मृत्यु, पशु-संबंधी दुर्घटनाओं और ट्यूबवेलों से जहरीली गैसों के रिसाव को शामिल कर योजना का विस्तार किया जाएगा। विभाग ने पिछले 7 वर्षों में योजना के तहत लाभार्थियों को 134 करोड़ रुपये वितरित किए हैं।
इस योजना के दायरे में आने वाले दावेदारों में मृत्यु की स्थिति में मुआवजा 5,00,000 रुपये, रीढ़ की हड्डी टूटने या अन्य कारणों से हुई स्थायी विकलांगता के लिए सहायता राशि 2,50,000 रुपये, दो अंगों के विच्छेदन या स्थायी गंभीर चोट के मामले में 1,87,500 रुपये, स्थायी गंभीर चोट या एक अंग के विच्छेदन के लिए और जहां चार उंगलियों के विच्छेदन को एक अंग के नुकसान के बराबर माना जाता है, उसके लिए मुआवजा 1,25,000 रुपये, यदि पूरी उंगली कट जाती है, तो प्रदान की जाने वाली सहायता 75,000 रुपये, उंगली के आंशिक विच्छेदन के लिए, वित्तीय सहायता 37,500 रुपये की गई है।
विवादों का समाधान योजना की तिथि को नए संशोधनों के साथ 30 सितंबर तक बढ़ाया
बैठक के दौरान 'विवादों का समाधान' योजना को नए संशोधनों के साथ 30 सितंबर 2024 तक बढ़ाया जाएगा। पुराने मामलों में किस्त भुगतान के लिए 20 दिन की छूट अवधि दी जाएगी, यदि इस अवधि के भीतर भुगतान किया जाता है तो ऐसे आवंटियों को दंड से छूट दी जाएगी। ऐसे मामलों में जहां बकाया राशि प्लॉट के मौजूदा बाजार मूल्य से अधिक है तो नई नीलामी के साथ प्लॉट को फिर से शुरू करने का विकल्प प्रदान किया जाएगा।
आरक्षित मूल्य से कोई भी अतिरिक्त राशि पुराने आवंटी और विभाग के बीच समान रूप से साझा की जाएगी। इसके अलावा 20 मार्च 2000 से पहले किए गए आवंटनों के लिए, जहां चक्रवृद्धि ब्याज लगाया गया था, ब्याज को अब साधारण ब्याज में बदल दिया जाएगा, और देय राशि की पुनर्गणना की जाएगी। 'विवादों का समाधान' योजना का लाभ इन संशोधित राशियों पर भी लागू होगा।
सात नई अटल किसान मजदूर कैंटीन खुलेंगी
मुख्यमंत्री ने बैठक के दौरान बताया कि 7 नई अटल किसान मजदूर कैंटीन खोली जाएंगी, पहले से चल रही 40 कैंटीनों को मिला कर 47 कैंटीन हो जाएगी। बुनियादी ढांचे में सुधार के लिए मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिया कि सभी आवश्यक सुविधाएं जैसे कि कवर किए गए शेड, प्लेटफार्मों और जल निकासी प्रणालियों की मरम्मत आदि कार्य अगले खरीफ सीजन से पहले पूर्ण कर लिए जाएं । इसके अलावा 30 जून तक सड़कों की मरम्मत की जाए। इस परियोजना के तहत 384 सड़कों की मरम्मत पर 240 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए जाएंगे। इसी तरह से 702 किलोमीटर तक लंबी 284 सड़कों पर 353 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए जाएंगे।
