Haryana Industries and Commerce and Labor Minister, Mool Chand Sharma said that mandatory safety standards for boilers and other equipment in established industrial units in the state should be strictly ensured so as to prevent loss of life and property. For this, officers of the Industries and Labor Department will monitor compliance with safety standards through mutual coordination.
The Industries Minister issued these directions while chairing a key meeting with officers of the Industries and Commerce Department and Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (HSIIDC) held here today.
Sh. Mool Chand Sharma directed that immediate monitoring of safety standards be done in industrial areas in Sonipat, Jhajjar, Rewari, Yamunanagar, Gurugram, and Faridabad. Besides this, officers should ensure that workers in industrial units are provided with a conducive work environment.
Emphasis on providing public amenities in industrial estates, directs Minister
The Industries Minister directed officers of HSIIDC to ensure the maintenance of infrastructure works such as roads, water, electricity supply, sewage systems, etc., in industrial areas and expedite new projects to ensure no inconvenience to businesses.
He said that industrialists are being encouraged under various state government incentive policies for setting up new industries. He further directed that any permissions required for setting up industries should be provided within the stipulated time frame.
Ensure maintenance of KMP junctions' ups and downs, directs Minister
Sh. Mool Chand Sharma directed officers of HSIIDC to ensure the provision of lighting facilities and maintenance of ups and downs junctions on the KMP Expressway. He said that KMP is the lifeline of this region, and it is our responsibility to provide facilities to the public, so officers should ensure all facilities on the KMP Expressway.
During the meeting, it was informed that various incentives are being provided to industries under the Haryana State Data Center Policy, Startup Policy, Electronic System Design Policy, and Medical Devices Manufacturing Policy. This has led to the establishment of new industries in the state, creating employment opportunities. During the last five years, approximately 22 mega projects have been established.

Arun Kumar Gupta, Director General, Industries and Commerce Department, C.G.Rajini Kaanthan, Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, Sh. Sushil Sarwan and other officers also remained present on this occasion.
औद्योगिक इकाइयों में बॉयलर समेत अन्य उपकरणों के सुरक्षा मानदंडों को करें सुनिश्चित

हरियाणा के उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य और श्रम मंत्री श्री मूल चंद शर्मा ने कहा कि प्रदेश में स्थापित औद्योगिक इकाइयों में बॉयलर समेत अन्य उपकरणों के सुरक्षा मानदंडों को गंभीरता से सुनिश्चित किया जाए ताकि जान-माल का नुकसान होने से बचाया जा सके। इसके लिए उद्योग और श्रम विभाग के अधिकारी आपसी तालमेल बनाकर सुरक्षा मानदंडों की निगरानी करेंगे।
उद्योग मंत्री ने यह निर्देश आज यहां उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य विभाग और हरियाणा राज्य औद्योगिक एवं अवसंरचना विकास निगम लिमिटेड (एचएसआईआईडीसी) के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक करते हुए दिए। श्री मूल चंद शर्मा ने निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि सोनीपत, झज्जर, रेवाड़ी, यमुनानगर, गुरुग्राम और फरीदाबाद में स्थापित औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में तुरंत सुरक्षा मानदंडों की निगरानी करें। साथ ही अधिकारी यह भी सुनिश्चित करें कि औद्योगिक इकाइयों में श्रमिकों को कार्य अनुकूल वातावरण मिले।
इंडस्ट्रियल एस्टेट में जन सुविधाओं पर दिया जोर
उद्योग मंत्री ने एचएसआईआईडीसी के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर कार्यों जैसे सड़क, पानी, बिजली की व्यवस्था, सीवरेज व्यवस्था इत्यादि आदि को दुरुस्त रखा जाए और नये कार्यों में तेजी लाई जाए, ताकि व्यापारियों को किसी प्रकार की कोई दिक्कत न आए। उन्होंने कहा कि नए उद्योग लगाने के लिए उद्योगपतियों को राज्य सरकार की विभिन्न प्रोत्साहन नीतियों के तहत प्रोत्साहन दिया जा रहा है। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि उद्योग लगाने के लिए जो भी परमिशन की आवश्यकता हो, वह तय समयावधि में प्रदान की जाए।
केएमपी पर उतार-चढ़ाव जंक्शनों की मरम्मत हो सुनिश्चित
श्री मूल चंद शर्मा ने एचएसआईआईडीसी के अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि कुंडली-मानेसर-पलवल (केएमपी) एक्सप्रेस-वे पर टोल कलेक्शन के कार्य को जल्द से जल्द अंतिम रूप दिया जाए। साथ ही, केएमपी एक्सप्रेस-वे पर लाइट की सुविधा और उतार-चढ़ाव जंक्शनों की मरम्मत सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि केएमपी इस क्षेत्र के लिए लाइफ लाइन है और जनता को सुविधाओं मुहैया करना हमारी जिम्मेवारी है, इसलिए अधिकारी केएमपी एक्सप्रेस वे पर सभी सुविधाओं को देना सुनिश्चित करें।
बैठक में जानकारी दी गई कि प्रदेश में हरियाणा स्टेट डाटा सेंटर पॉलिसी, स्टार्टअप पॉलिसी, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक सिस्टम डिजाइन पॉलिसी, मेडिकल डिवाइसेज मैन्युफैक्चरिंग पॉलिसी के तहत उद्योगों को विभिन्न प्रोत्साहन दिए जा रहे हैं। इससे प्रदेश में नये उद्योग स्थापित हो रहे हैं, जिससे रोजगार के अवसर सृजित हो रहे हैं।
पिछले 5 सालों के दौरान लगभग 22 मेगा प्रोजेक्ट स्थापित हुए हैं।उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव श्री अरूण कुमार गुप्ता, उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य विभाग के महानिदेशक सी.जी. रजनीकांथन , हरियाणा राज्य औद्योगिक एवं अवसंरचना विकास निगम लिमिटेड के प्रबंध निदेशक श्री सुशील सारवान सहित अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
