Chandigarh BJP today got enthusiastic response from villagers during its public contact campaign in Behlana village. Chandigarh BJP president Jitender Pal Malhotra, while running the public contact campaign here, told the gathering about the works done during the 10-year rule of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
During this, a large number of party officials and workers joined him. During his address at Sant Shiromani Kabir Dharamshala here, he said the feeling of pride that Prime Minister Modi gave to the people of Indian origin living in every corner of India and the world, at the national and international level, is unmatched.
He said countless historic works were done during Modi's tenure. India's reputation has increased on the international stage. Malhotra said the people of Chandigarh also want that the Bharatiya Janata Party should cross 400 mark in the Lok Sabha elections and get a chance to serve people for the third time.
The president further said many development works have also been done in Behalana village of Chandigarh. LED lights, sewerage system, better drinking water system and "phirni" road works have been done in the village. The work of installing transformer is also going on.
BJP General Secretary Hukam Chand said in the last 10 years, not a single bulldozer was let to be used for demolition outside Lal Dora of village Behlana, whereas the villagers are witness to how the work was done here during the previous governments. During the campaign, Behlana residents were seen present in large numbers with enthusiasm. Other BJP leaders also addressed the program.
On this occasion, State Vice President Rambir Bhatti, State President of Kisan Morcha Didar Singh, Vice President Jeet Singh, District President Ravindra Malik, Divisional President Vinod Rana, Councilor Gurcharanjit Singh Kala, Councilor Dr Naresh, Former Divisional Udaypal Rana, Former Divisional General Secretary Sudarshan Sharma, Bhajan Singh. Madu along with booth president and other officials and workers were present.

भाजपा प्रदेशाध्यक्ष जितेंद्र पाल मल्होत्रा ने गांव बहलाना में जन संपर्क अभियान चलाते हुए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के 10 साल के शासनकाल में हुए कार्यों को गिनाया। इस दौरान उनके साथ पार्टी पदाधिकारियों और कार्यकर्ता काफी संख्या में शामिल हुए। बहलाना में संपर्क अभियान के दौरान यहां संत शिरोमणि कबीर धर्मशाला में अपने संबोधन के दौरान कहा कि भारत और दुनिया के कोने कोने में बसे भारतीय मूल के लोगों को जो गौरव का अहसास प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने राष्ट्रीय और अंतराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर कराया वह बेमिसाल है।
उन्होंने कहा कि मोदी के कार्यकाल में अनगिनत ऐतिहासिक कार्य हुए। अंतरराष्ट्रीय पटल बर भारत की साख बढ़ी है। उन्होंने कहा कि चंडीगढ़ की जनता भी चाहती है कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी को लोकसभा के चुनावों में 400 पार कर सत्ता में तीसरी बार सेवा का मौका मिले। उन्होंने कहा कि चंडीगढ़ के बहलाना गांव में भी अनेक विकास कार्य हुए हैं।
गांव में एलईडी लाइटें,सीवरेज सिस्टम,बेहतर पेयजल व्यवस्था,गांव की फिरनी का काम हुआ है। वहीं ट्रांसफार्मर लगाने का काम भी चल रहा है। प्रदेश महामंत्री हुकम चंद ने कहा कि पिछले 10 वर्षों में गांव बहलाना के लाल डोरे से बाहर एक भी जगह बुलडोजर नहीं चला,जबकि गांव वासी इस बात के साक्षी हैं कि पिछली सरकारों में किस तरह से यहां काम हुआ। जनसंपर्क अभियान के दौरान बहलाना वासी बड़ी संख्या में उत्साह के साथ मौजूद दिखे। कार्यक्रम में अन्य भाजपा नेताओं ने भी संबोधित किया।
