Chairperson, Jammu and Kashmir Real Estate Regulatory Authority (JKRERA), Satish Chandra, along with Commissioner Secretary, HUDD Mandeep Kaur today conducted a comprehensive tour of various projects undertaken by the Srinagar Development Authority (SDA) to assess the progress of ongoing works.

Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Vijay Kumar Bidhuri and VC, SDA, Dr. Owais Ahmed also accompanied them during the visit. The officers, during the visit, inspected project sites like  Satellite Township at Rakh-e-Gund Aksha, Shehjar apartments and HIG/MIG colonies Bemina to assess the progress of ongoing works and address any pending issues.

During the inspection, Chairperson JKRERA and Commissioner Secretary thoroughly evaluated the works on Satellite Township and development of Shehjar apartments including HIG /MIG Colonies. The officers called upon the executing agency  to ensure  timely completion of  projects. On the occasion, the Chairperson and Commissioner Secretary was briefed about projects specifics, advancements, and any outstanding matters requiring attention.

It was informed that 3000 kanals of land have been taken under Satellite Township at Rakh-e- Gund Aksha, adding that  in first phase 428 plots stands allotted and Master Plan Road for a distance of 1.75 kms with an R.O.W of 50 Mtrs shall be developed connecting National Highway Bypass with Rakh-e-Gund Aksha Township, Medicity and New High Court Complex.
