Embracing the challenge, Shubhangi expressed her enthusiasm for venturing outside her comfort zone, emphasizing the importance of pushing boundaries in her acting career.
"Whenever I get the chance to do something different, it's the best for me. Trying something beyond my comfort zone has provided me with numerous opportunities. Recently, I had the opportunity to portray the Artificial Intelligence (AI) version of Angoori, and it was a significant exploration for me as an actor," shared the 'Havan' actress.
Shubhangi acknowledges the diverse preferences of audiences across different mediums, noting the urban population's inclination toward OTT platforms while the rural and township areas lean towards television or films. Regardless, the versatile actress remains unfazed by the medium, stating, "Being an actor, mediums do not matter to me. I just love doing my job, which is to act."
In her discussion, Shubhangi emphasized the challenges and joys of playing a comedic role. She appreciates the intricacies of her character, describing Angoori as a rare gem among written roles. "First of all, Angoori is a beautiful character, and I think there are very few characters like her that are written, so it's a treat for an actor," expressed the 'Kasturi' fame actress.
Acknowledging the seriousness of the comedy genre, Shubhangi highlighted its demands on performers. "No matter what is happening in your life, you have to make people laugh. Making people cry is very easy. I have done family drama or very emotional scenes also. But now I realize that making people laugh is not easy," she added, shedding light on the unique challenges presented by the genre.
