District Administration Reasi, under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner, Vishesh Mahajan today organized a mega Walkathon as a part of Vigilance Awareness Week. The event saw enthusiastic participation of officers/officials representing different government departments as also students and common citizens. 

The Walkathon aimed to spread the resounding message, “Say No to Corruption & Commit to Nation,” commenced from the DC office complex via bus stand Reasi and culminated at DC office.The Deputy Commissioner started the Walkathon with a motivating address emphasizing the importance of integrity, transparency, and accountability in public life. 

He urged every individual to contribute towards a corruption-free nation, as this is crucial for the overall development and prosperity of the region.The Deputy Commissioner expressed his gratitude to all participants for their unwavering support in making the Mega Walkathon a grand success. 

He encouraged everyone to carry forward the spirit of the Walkathon by actively participating in the events and initiatives scheduled for Vigilance Awareness Week.Among the others present during the event were the Additional Deputy Commissioner Reasi Abdul Star, ACR, DySP Head Quarter, Dy SP ACB, CEO, District Treasury Officer, District Youth Services and Sports Officer and other concerned stakeholders.
