The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and the Chief Minister of Punjab Bhagwant Mann reached Jaipur where they gave 6 'Kejriwal Ki Guarantee' to the people of Rajasthan.
Addressing a large gathering on this occasion, Bhagwant Mann said that Arvind Kejriwal gave a new direction and frame to Indian politics. Every step you took today to be part of this program is a step towards revolution and a better future for Rajasthan and its people, said Mann.
He added that we have already fulfilled these guarantees in Delhi and Punjab. In Punjab AAP government was formed just a year and five months back, but we have fulfilled all major election guarantees there. He said that we're not 'jumlebaaz', we don't give lollipops at the election time, but we give guarantees and we deliver what we promise because we only say what we can do.
Unlike other parties, we do more than what we promise.Speaking of guarantees of health, education and employment Mann said that in Delhi today government schools are better than private schools and their results are better too.
We opened mohalla clinics in Delhi and in Punjab in just one year 650 mohalla clinics were functioning where more than 40 lac people got free treatment, tests and medicines. He said that in Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal government generated jobs for 10-12 lac youths, in Punjab we gave government jobs to more than 30,000 youths and 28,000 services were regularised.
In the next few days we are giving jobs to around 700 patwaris and 560 sub inspectors. The services of 12,710 teachers were also regularised recently. He said that after the formation of the AAP government in Rajasthan employing youth will be our priority here too.
On the guarantee of free and 24 hour electricity, Mann said that in Punjab more than 90% of households get zero electricity bills and we fulfilled high electricity demand this summer during paddy sowing without disruption.
He added that the AAP government of Delhi has done the same and in Rajasthan too people will get 300 units of free electricity every month.About Corruption free Rajasthan, Mann said that corruption is a big problem in our country.
We have arrested 400 corrupt people, including officers and politicians, in Punjab and stopped the corruption completely. We launched a WhatsApp number in Punjab so that common people can easily report corruption and we can swiftly take action.
Mann said that it is the time of Aam Aadmi and youth. Other parties only say that youth should participate in active politics but only the Aam Aadmi Party gives opportunities to the common and youth. We have many young MLAs in Punjab who defeated big political leaders.
He said that only the Aam Aadmi Party gives one crore 'sanman rashi' (ex-gratia) to the families of martyrs in Delhi and Punjab. We'll implement the same in Rajasthan.Mann said that when we give guarantees like free electricity, education and treatment, Sahib (Narendra Modi) says that it is 'Revdi' but we want to know where is the '15 lac wala Papad'. He quipped:

Kale dhan ki baat krta hun to kalam ruk jati hai
Har baat hi jhumla nikli
Ab toh yeh bhi shakk hai
Ki chai bnani aati hai'.
He added that the BJP government sold Bhel, LIC, Rail, Airport and bought MLAs and media. But the Aam Aadmi Party government of Punjab is buying a private thermal plant to give people free electricity.Mann urged the people of Rajasthan to vote for the Aam Aadmi Party and elect an honest government in the state.
Addressing the gathering, Arvind Kejriwal said that even after 76 years of independence only the Aam Aadmi Party talks about schools, hospitals, employment and development. We are not politicians. We are here to work to make our nation number one. He said that the AAP government works and fulfills its guarantees that is why we got huge majorities in Delhi and Punjab.
Talking about guarantees he said that when the AAP government is elected people will get free and 24 hour electricity. Government schools will be reformed. Education and health facilities will be free for everyone. Mohalla clinics will be built like Delhi and Punjab, government hospitals will be built.
Employment generation and giving jobs will be a priority. We gave 2 lac government jobs in Delhi and 12 lac private jobs were provided to the youth. All women above age 18 will get Rs. 1000 per month. Corruption free Rajasthan will be formed and 1crore Ex-gratia will be given to the family of martyrs.
He also cornered Narendra Modi on the issue of One Nation One Election and said that the BJP government and PM Modi have done nothing for the nine years so now they have no ground to ask for votes from you people.
Kejriwal said that common people will get nothing out of One Nation One Election, but there should be One Nation One Education so that every child of our nation can get equal education and equal opportunities.
