After the death of Sidhu Moose Wala, two accused names Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar have always been in the headlines increasing fear among everyone. Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has also been in the radar of these gangsters and now next it is the Hip-Hop sensational Rapper, music composer Yo Yo Honey Singh who has been receiving death threats.
Honey Singh and his staff members have received threat calls when he was in America as per the singer who revealed this in the media after he lodged a complaint in Delhi Police Headquarters. Honey Singh informed the Police about the matter and the threats he has been receiving through calls and voice messages.
Honey Singh while talking to the media said, “I was in America when my manager received a death threat call threatening to kill me.” He also said that he has filed a complaint with the Commissioner of Delhi and provided all the information and evidence as they are looking into the matter. It is said that the caller introduced himself as Goldy Brar and demanded extortion money of Rs 50 Lakhs.
As per the statement given by Delhi Police, they said, "Today, a complaint regarding threat to famous singer Hardesh Singh @ Yo Yo Hunny Singh was received. Complainant Hardesh Singh @ Yo Yo Hunny Singh stated therein that on 19/06/23 a threat call came on his manager Rohit Chabra's phone number. The caller introduced himself as Goldy Brar and demanded extortion money of Rs 50 lakh. Thereafter, his manager received random calls and voice message for extortion from same number. On receipt of complaint, prompt action has been taken and a case FIR No.164/23 U/S 387/506 IPC got registered at PS Special Cell. Further investigation is being conducted.”
For the unversed, Goldy Brar is the accused murderer of Sidhu Moose Wala who was killed on 29 May 2023. Goldy Brar is still on the run and said that he is hidden in Canada and is in the wanted list of the country.
