During the last episode, we saw that Nayan and Devansh were admitted to the hospital in very bad condition and were undergoing treatment. Viewers witness that Rita and Pampi leave no stone unturned to kill Nayan and Devansh, and in order to escape being arrested, they hatch a fresh plan to kill them inside the hospital.
