As part of winter relief program initiative, the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Ganderbal in collaboration with ELFA International (NGO) today organised a winter relief distribution camp for extremely identified poor families at Chountwaliwar Tehsil Lar, Ganderbal.

The distribution was carried out under the supervision of Chairman DLSA Ganderbal, Ritesh Kumar Dubey, under the guidance of Secretary DLSA, Ganderbal, Nusrat Ali Hakak, and with the help of CEO, Elfa International (NGO), Mehran Khan and his team.

The DLSA Ganderbal under its initiative to reach out to the marginalized sections of the society, in collaboration with ELFA International (NGO) distributed winter relief kits consisting of blankets, socks, winter caps and Rubber water bottles among 30 identified extremely poor families of Chountwaliwar A, B and C, as these families required the aid to survive the ongoing harsh winters.

The winter relief kits were distributed in presence of Sarpanches of Choutwaliwar A, B and C and SHO Police Station Lar. The people of the area highly appreciated the initiative of the DLSA, Ganderbal and ELFA International.
