Status of works of Gurez sub-division reviewed at Bandipora

Joint Director Planning Bandipora Imtiyaz Ahmad on Thursday chairs a meeting to review the status of works in different schemes in Gurez Area including Border Area Development Programme (BADP), Samridh Seema Yojana(SSY) and Aspirational Block Development Programme (ABDP) in Block Tulail.

The meeting discussed threadbare various strategies regarding restarting and completing the pending works in March-2023. The Executing Agency informed the meeting that 20 works were completed in BADP, 02 works were dropped due to non-availability of land and the remaining 9 works are under Execution.

Regarding SSY, the Executing Agency informed that they have taken 09 works for execution out of which 02 works have been completed and 07 works are under process. In ABDP (Block Tulail), it was informed that 02 works have been taken for execution during the current financial year-2022-2023. 

It was given out that against the total release 204.27 lacs the expenditure of  79.68 lacs was made up to ending December-2022 in BADP and against the total release 117.41 lacs in SSY the expenditure of  55.52 lacs was made up to ending December-2022 besides against the total release 74.00 lacs the expenditure of  10.67 lacs was made  up to ending December-2022 in ABDP. 

The meeting was attended by Executive Engineer R&B, SSD Gurez and AEE R&B Gurez and others concerned.
