The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Ganderbal, Mehraj-ud-Din Shah today visited Kangan Sub-Division to inspect the power scenario there.During the visit, the ADC along with SDM Kangan, Javaid Ahmad Rather, SE KPDCL and SE JKPCC inspected the installation and commissioning of 6.3 MVA Transformer.
The ADC also visited the AEE ISD Office Kangan where concerned AEE was found absent from duties.On the occasion, the ADC enquired about the power scenario in Kangan Sub-Division and gave on spot instructions to concerned staff for ensuring hassle-free power supply in the area.
Meanwhile, he also visited the Horticulture Development Office (HDO) Ganderbal where the concerned Horticulture Development Officer was also found absent.Taking strict note of the absence of Officers from duty, the ADC has asked for explanation from the concerned absentees adding that disciplinary action shall be initiated against such officers.
