In continuation to the ongoing Good Governance week under the theme "Prashasan Gaon ki Aur", District Development Commissioner Doda, Vishesh Paul Mahajan today conducted an extensive tour of Ganika panchayat of Bhagwa Block.
He listened to the issues of the locals and asked the functionaries of the concerned departments to redress the problems of the public related to Power supply and Irrigation facilities. He further asked Tehsildar Bhagwah to provide Land Passbook to all the beneficiaries.
The DDC also sensitized the locals about the Swachata program, inspected a food Store and the issues related to PMAY. With regard to the Swachata program, the DDC asked the locals to minimize the use of plastic and polythene to conserve ecological balance of the rural area.
