In continuation to conduct of series of public awareness programmes, the Department of Horticulture, Planning and Marketing (HP&M), Shopian today organised an awareness Camp at Keller on Prime Minister's Formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PM-FME).
Area Marketing Officer/ District Nodal Officer, PMFME scheme for District Shopian, Mushtaq Ahmad Lone spoke on the occasion and stressed upon participants to reap the benefits of the scheme. Registration of some interested individuals was also initiated on spot.
The representative from Bank and DRP also spoke on the occasion about their role in the implementation of the scheme in block.Prominent citizens including Bashir Ahmad Wani and President Market Association Dilbar Manzoor also spoke on the occasion.
Area Marketing Officer, PRIs, DRP, sizable number of general public, women members of various SHGs attended the programme along with officials from the line department.
