To reach out the people at their doorstep, Office of the Assistant Labour Commissioner, today conducted series of awareness camps regarding e-Shram registration of left out Unorganised workers at multiple places in the block Drabshalla of District Kishtwar, under the aegis of Ongoing Jan Abhiyan rolled out in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir.

The officials deputed from the office of the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Kumar Kulhan and Chandar Prakash imparted awareness to the people in general and un-organised workers in particular regarding the registration process on e-Shram portal to avail certain benefits.

The officials interacted with  the people and encouraged them to register on the e-Shram portal, if they haven’t  so far.The PRI members were also acquainted with the knowledge of e-shram, while pamphlets regarding e-Shram registration were distributed among the labourers/workers during the programme.
