As part of the ongoing Jan Abhiyaan Campaign, Department of Animal Husbandry Bandipora today organised various awareness camps regarding Departmental Schemes including Integrated Poultry Development Program (IPDP), Integrated Dairy Development Scheme (IDDS), Kissan Credit Card (KCC ) etc. at Sheikhpora Tulail, Purana Tulail, Naidkhai, Shahgund and Quil areas of Bandipora.
On the occasion, the farmers were made aware about the procedure to apply for different schemes, eligibility for components and subsidy pattern of the schemes.The programmes witnessed good response from the farmers and will continue till the commencement of Back To Village 4th Phase.
Vaccination against Lumpy Skin Disease is also going on in block Bandipora and Sumbal.All the activities under Jan Abhiyan Program are organized under the supervision of Chief Animal Husbandry Officer Bandipora, Dr. Ghulam Ahmad Lone.
