A piece of news has been coming to the limelight that Olympic wrestler Sushil Kumar and 17 other people were charged with murder, attempted murder, rioting, unlawful assembly, and other offences in the case of junior wrestler Sagar Dhankar's killing. Two escaped accused have also been charged by the Delhi court.
About Sagar Dhankar's Case:
The mystery was only made more complex by Sushil Kumar's involvement, who had left the scene following the occurrence. In a property dispute at Delhi's Chhatrasal Stadium, Dhankar and four other juvenile wrestlers were allegedly attacked by Kumar and 17 other people. Sagar ultimately sent five victims to a hospital for treatment due to the seriousness of their injuries.
Police discovered that the dispute occurred over a flat in Model Town that Kumar owned and where the deceased wrestler had previously resided. This was supported by a video taken during the altercation in which Kumar is seen hitting Dhankar.

The footage of Sagar Dhankhar's assault quickly became popular on social media. Sushil Kumar might be seen in the image clutching a stick. Sagar Dhankhar is seen in this video lying on the ground. Later, the autopsy report reveals that Sagar's death was caused by a head injury. In this incident, Sagar passed away and two other people were hurt.
