While shooting, a film crew entered the Panja Sahib gurdwara while wearing shoes. The Sikh devotees were offended when they saw the crew entering with shoes on the premises of the gurdwara.
The crew member was also with them in the Gurudwara which is located at Hasan Abdal of Attock district in Pakistan. The devotee, who got offended by the crew’s actions, asked the team to delete the clip that they had shot in the Gurdwara as well as asked them to leave the shrine.
When asked by one of the crew members whether they got permission to shoot the movie here first or not, he replied that they asked the organisation of the gurdwara first to shoot here.
One of the crew members said that “hum aapke mehman hai aur aap hamare sath is trah ka vyavhar kar rahe ho”. After the Sikh objected to them, one of the crew members said that they had even suspended the shooting. The crew was shooting the movie “Lahore Lahore Hai” in Panja Sahib Gurudwara.
