The International Day of Peace is celebrated on September 21st every year. This day is celebrated across the world on this date so it can spread peace in the world and among those people who are living in this world. This day is celebrated internationally to spread peace.

Theme:

This year's International Peace Day 2022 theme is ‘End racism & Build Peace’.

In a report by UNICEF 2021, it was observed that around 13% of adolescents globally are living their lives with mental health. Mental health can ruin your life’s purpose. Even if you are dedicated or ambitious toward your aim, if you are not mentally well, you will not be able to achieve your ambitions.

Lack of peace can be seen in everyone's life, earlier means in the time our parents were even aware of depression and mental health issues. It is good that we are aware of health issues and depression, but still, we are not able to discuss them with our parents or psychiatrist.

But this problem of depression really needs to be discussed with our parents. Sometimes when parents are not able to understand our problems, then you must share the issue with your good friends.

The UNGA has declared 21 September Day as the International Day of Peace, where a person can enjoy the day stress-free for at least 24 hours. A day which they could spend without any tension. They would create a world without violence. A world without racism.

The UNGA has declared this as the International Day of Peace to make people aware of the value of peace in their lives.

Official data was released by UNICEF that around 1 in 5 adults whose age is between 15-24 in 21 countries have felt depressed and find no interest in doing work.

Depression also causes the 4 biggest reasons for death, or you can say mortality rate, in the world among young people aged 15-19 years old. Every year, around 46,000 children commit suicide between the ages of 10-19 by themselves. Every 11 minutes, 1 child commits suicide.

The UN General Assembly has declared this day as Peace Day, but still, because it is not around us, or we can say the atmosphere, which can not allow us to live our lives in peace. But we need to always stay positive by forgetting or ignoring all the negative events or thoughts.
