Cholesterol contains a waxy substance which is found in your blood. The human body needs Cholesterol to produce new cells, but high consumption of cholesterol can increase the chances of heart attack or its blockage. You can get fatty deposits in your blood vessels if you have high cholesterol.

When you have too many lipids in your blood, then the chances of high cholesterol increase. It's also called hyperlipidemia or hypercholesterolemia. Or in simple words we can say that a limited amount of lipids are required in our body, and an excessive amount of lipids in our blood can cause pessimistic consequences.

We should eat that kind of food which is low in Cholesterol. Eating too many foods that are high in cholesterol like,saturated fats, and trans fats might increase the danger of high cholesterol. Obesity can also put your survival in Danger.Inactivity and smoking can put you at high risk.

  • Chest Pain: If someone has suffered from this disease, when the arteries that supply your heart with blood are affected. But during the time of disease it couldn’t pump the blood, which causes chest pain.
  • Heart Attack: If plaques tear or rupture, a blood clot can form at the plaque-rupture site — blocking the flow of blood or breaking free and plugging an artery downstream. If blood flow to part of your heart stops, you'll have a heart attack.
  • Stroke: A stroke is similar to heart attack, when a blood clot stops regulating blood flow to the brain.
