As part of Nasha Mukht J&K Abhiyan, Drug and Food Control Organization, Ramban today conducted an  awareness programme regarding misuse of Psychotropic Drugs for chemists at Sangaldan.On the occasion, the Drug Inspector Ramban Imtiyaz Ahmed administered the pledge of Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyan to the Chemists. 

He also  instructed to play their role in curbing  the misuse of Narcotic and Psychotropic drugs. Directions were given to sell Narcotics & Psychotropic drugs strictly under prescription.Posters were pasted on medical shops to inform the common public regarding ill effects of drug addiction.Further Inspection of medical shops was also conducted to check sale and purchase of Narcotic & Psychotropic Drugs by chemists.
