The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Baramulla in collaboration with Government Medical College Baramulla today organized a special Medical Camp at District Jail Baramulla.The Medical camp was held under the Supervision of Mohammad Yousuf Wani, Chairman DLSA Baramulla and Fariqa Nazir Secretary/Sub-Judge DLSA Baramulla in presence of Barkat Ahmad, Superintendent of District Jail Baramulla.
The Medical Camp comprised of a Board of 04 doctors viz Dr. Yasir Bashir (Assistant Professor General Medicine), Dr. Humam Nissar (Assistant Professor General Surgery), Dr. Mubashir Rashid (Senior Resident Orthopedics) and Dr. Fayaz Ahmad (Dental Surgeon).
A total of 38 inmates including 34 male inmates and 04 female inmates were thoroughly examined by the medical board and necessary medicines/ tests were prescribed for inmates accordingly. The inmates were satisfied with the prescribed services provided to them including medical checkup and medicines.
