Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC) Landran has received accreditation from the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for its B.Tech programmes in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). 

NBA accesses the quality competence of programmes especially in the technical disciplines offered by educational institutions based on stringent parameters and criteria for accreditation, which are in line with the best international practices. 

Satnam Singh Sandhu, Chairman and Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal, President CGC Landran said, “We at CGC are proud of this achievement and congratulate our faculty members, students and all employees for their hard work. 

The NBA accreditation is testimony to CGC’s legacy of imparting top quality technical education focused on enhancing the skills and industry readiness of its students, resulting in outstanding placements.” 

This accreditation would also serve as an effective criterion for aspiring students, faculty members inducing potential recruiters to ascertain the quality of teaching, research and development and industry exposure being provided by CGC Landran, they added.

The institution witnessed a robust placement season with 8500-plus placement offers and more than 800 companies visiting the campus. The highest package of Rs 40.9 LPA from Adobe India Pvt. Ltd. was bagged by a CSE student of CGC Landran.
