Education policy emphasizes in this direction, he added.Shri Arlekar said that no language could be taught on the basis of grammar. A person learns the language only by listening. Therefore, in the National Education Policy, more emphasis has been laid on 'Shruti'. “This education policy needs to be read and suggestions should be invited in this matter. Today, qualitative education is discussed but infrastructure development is not the only quality education”, said the Governor. The Governor said that the right of women's education was in our ancient culture.
