CM Kejriwal said, "Delhi government has ordered a magisterial inquiry into the incident."At least 27 people were killed when a fire broke out in a three-storey building near Mundka metro station in west Delhi on Friday, May 13.On Saturday, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia visited the spot to know the current situation.
In this horrific fire accident, some people even though it was possible to jump from the building to save their lives. According to information received from sources, a woman named Renu had jumped from the third floor to save her life. The building was engulfed in fire while taking the jump.

Police sources said the fire started from the first floor of the building where the office of the company manufacturing CCTV cameras and routers was located. More than 30 fire tenders were started by the police to control the fire.The owner of the building has been identified as Manish Lakra.The owners of the company - Harish Goyal and Varun Goel - have been taken into custody, according to the information provided by the police officials.An amount of Rs 2 lakh to the families of those who lost their lives in the fire incident in Delhi's Mundka and Rs 50,000 to the injured is also being announced by the government.
The police have arrested both the owners of the company/factory in which the fire broke out. Varun Goyal and Satish Goyal have been booked by Delhi Police for culpable homicide not amounting to murder. The company owner's father has also died in this accident. The owner of the building is one and the factory running in the building is owned by 2. Presently the building owner Manish Lakra is absconding.A help desk has been set up at Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital to admit the injured, to help those whose loved ones are missing or injured in the arson.
