A team headed by World Bank South Asia Regional Vice President Hartwig Schafer visited the Raj Bhavan on Wednesday. On the occasion, Secretary to the Governor, Vivek Bhatia welcomed Hartwig Shaffer and the World Bank team.The Secretary apprised the team members about the historical importance of Raj Bhavan, which is a heritage building. He gave information about the historical background related to the Barnes Court building.Hartwig Shaffer interacted with the Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar through video call as the Governor was on his two-day visit to Delhi. He expressed his gratitude for the hospitality accorded to him at Raj Bhavan.
