Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Intelligence Amardeep Singh Rai on Sunday, inaugurated the new campus of Sadda Punjab Coaching Institution for preparation of Civil Services here at Mohali.The Institution for the preparation for Indian Administrative Services (IAS), Punjab Civil Services (PCS) and other competitive examinations has been established by Munish Jindal, a renowned Author of the books on Comprehensive General knowledge of Punjab ‘Sadda Punjab’ and ‘The Punjab Review’.ADGP Rai, while formally launching the brochure of the institution, stressed on the need of quality education and added that only quality education can lead students to excel in their respective fields.He said that nowadays competitive examinations at different levels are getting tougher and aspiring students need to do preparations strategically. He said that earlier students aspiring for civil services had to go to other states for their preparations but with the opening of this institute students no longer need to go to any other state.

On the occasion, ADGP Rai along with Deputy Director Admin PGI Kumar Gaurav Dhawan also felicitated the students, who have already got selected into Civil Services.Author Munish Jindal said that his aim is to start this institution to guide aspiring students on what to study or what not to study. “Cracking this competitive exam is not difficult, it just needs a strategy and anyone can clear this exam with just one year of proper preparation,” he said, adding that newspaper analysis and concise study material plays a vital role.“My aim is to channelise the potentialities of aspiring students so that they are better endowed to meet the challenges of the competitive world around in a proactive manner,” said Jindal.He said that preparation for the civil services exams makes the man competent and perfect, even if somebody does not get selected he/she can excel in any kind of field.
