District Level Screening cum Coordination Committee Anantnag sanctions relief in 18 cases

The District Level Screening cum Coordination Committee (DLSCC) meeting held under the chairmanship of District Magistrate, Dr Piyush Singla today sanctioned relief in 18 cases. The committee discussed details of each of the 19 cases taken up and after thorough deliberation, all the cases except one were cleared for relief as has been sanctioned under rules. In total, 3 cases were sanctioned for appointment under SRO 43 and a relief of 26 lakhs was sanctioned in favour of respective beneficiaries. 

The committe cleared all the cases pending for deliberation of the committee.The District Magistrate laid stress on ensuring time bound clearance of cases by the committee so that relief, as due, is given to beneficiaries without any delay. He further directed that DLSCC meetings shall be held every month. The meeting was attended by SSP Anantnag, SP Kulgam, ADC, Commandant 40th battalion CRPF and ACR Anantnag.
