To inform the people about the common yoga practices and postures for better and healthy life, Department of AYUSH Kishtwar today distributed common yoga protocol booklets among the people including government  staff members.The booklets were distributed under the guidance of District Nodal Officer AYUSH Dr Tariq Hussain and under the overall supervision of Deputy Commissioner Ashok Sharma, here at Conference Hall DC office Complex Mini secretariat, in the District Information Centre, District Hospital, Department of Youth services and Sports office and various other offices.This booklet intends to give a brief overview about Yoga and Yogic practices to orient one towards comprehensive health for an individual and the community.
