Director Command Area Development Jammu, Rajinder Singh Tara, today conducted an extensive tour of Panchayat Subah Chak village Gurah Balu for inspection of On Form Development works in CAD Sub-Division Dayalchak.Sarpanch, Panchs and Farmers of the area present on the occasion appreciated the work conducted by the Command Area Development Department Jammu.They further added that the field channels constructed in Command area will provide the irrigation up to the tail end of the channels in farmers field throughout the year and as a result cropping intensity will increase in the area covered.Further, the Director Command Area Development informed the farmers that Directorate of Command Area Development Jammu is committed to continue the work as per the Government directions with an aim of doubling the farmer's income by 2022.Chief Agriculture Officer Command Area Development Jammu, Sanjay Verma, asked the farmers to maintain the field channels in future as these are handed over to the Panchayat after completion.Assistant Soil Conservation Officer, Dayalchak, Sanjeev Rai Gupta apprised the Director regarding the implementation of OFD works in the Sub-Division.SCAs, Parmanand Gupta; Ram Parshad:, Surinder Mishra and  Mohinder Sumbria also accompanied the   Director Command Area Development Jammu during the tour.
