The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Anantnag, K K Sidha today visited Covid-19 vaccination registration sites for phase-I at District Hospital Anantnag and Sub District Hospital Bijbehara to take stock of the arrangements for successful conduct of the vaccination programme.The DC was informed that a 04 room vaccination centre with a waiting hall, vaccination hall, observation room and AEFI room at each centre, has been established at both the sites.The concerned health authorities informed that all the required arrangements are put in place for the said purpose and 100 vaccines will be administered a day at each centre starting from 16th of Jan 2021, besides the same would be uploaded on COWIN App.The DC directed the CMO Anantnag and others concerned to ensure hassle free and smooth vaccination process.Among others, DC was accompanied by CMO, District Immunisation Officer, BMO Bijbehara and other officers.Later, the DC visited PDD Work shop at Bijbehara to take stock of repairing of damaged transformers and directed the concerned for quick repairing and replacement of damaged transformers.
