District Administration Anantnag organizes training session for B2V3

In order to make Back to Village phase 3rd (B2V3) more successful and result orientated district administration Anantnag today organized a training session here.The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Gh. Hassan Sheikh thoroughly enlightened the motive behind organising programmes like Jan Abhiyaan, B2V3 and said that the government is committed to bring governance at door steps of people.The Master Trainers Dr. Peerzada  Farhat  and  Dr. Zubair  Ahsan Kabil imparted the training through PPT. During the training the officers present were given the three day and two nights schedule.The officers were briefed about the visit to important establishments/ institutions such as school/ PHC/ other government offices besides, various areas/ wards of the Panchayat.They were also informed on holding Ward Sabhas and Gram Sabhas the proceedings of which is to be recorded and signed, resolution to be handed over to DC, Meeting with BDC/ Panchayat members/ prominent members of Gram Panchayat,The visiting officers have been asked to visit all ongoing / completed B2V works and inaugurate at least one work.He/ she should start/ lay foundation stone of one new B2V work.

The visiting officer shall hold a meeting with the Deputy Commissioner of the district before undertaking the village visit. During this meeting, he/she shall be briefed about the action taken by the district regarding previous Back to Village visits.The visiting officer shall collect a detailed action taken report of the works/ issues/ problems/ grievances of the previous Back to Village visits, and shall also be briefed about and given data/ information regarding the activities related to his/ her Panchayat which were undertaken during the Jan Abhiyan phase.  A suggested activity schedule has been prepared for the visiting officer. It shall be incumbent on the officer to ensure that all activities and elements mentioned in the schedule are carried out/ covered fully.The visiting officer should try and visit as many local institutions including schools, PHCs, Aanganwari centres, etc. as possible. He/she should prepare a small report on whether any improvement has been noted or any problem/ issue raised by the people regarding the same has been redressed or not.The training session was attended by all the officers related with  B2V3 keeping covid protocol and same to be followed during B2V3.
