A total of 48 more patients including six from Meritorious school, four from local civil hospital, one from IMA facility centre and 37 patients who completed their home quarantine period today brought cheers on the faces of Jalandhar residents.The discharged patients include Mr Himanshu, Mr Roop Lal, Mr Raja, Mr Amanpreet Singh, Mr Jasbir Kaur, Ms Kajal, Mr Ram Kumar, Ms Shanti Devi and Mr Ram Dulare and two others were admitted to the Covid Care Centre, Civil Hospital and IMA facility centre after they were found positive and had undergone treatment under dedicated teams of Doctors led by Senior Medical Officers Dr Kashmiri Lal and Dr. Jagdish Kumar.Meanwhile, 37 patients completed their home quarantine period today. These patients were either discharged from the CCC or were directly under Home quarantine and successfully completed their active Home quarantine period today.After getting discharged, they said that the state government led by the Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has made elaborate arrangements for imparting quality treatment to the patients suffering from novel coronavirus  They also lauded the doctors and other health staff for ensuring treatment for them during this hour of crisis.Meanwhile, complementing the team of Doctors who have ensured the treatment to these patients, Civil Surgeon Jalandhar Dr Gurinder Kaur Chawla said with the sheer commitment of the medical experts and the will power of every individual Punjab in general and Jalandhar in particular would win the fight against this pandemic.The Civil Surgeon said that under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Mr Ghanshyam Thori, the Health department was fully committed to win the war against Corona Virus.
