In view of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and to support the district administration in its fight against the disease, the Drugs and Chemist Association Rajouri today handed over PPE kits including 4000 masks and 525 sanitizers to Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Mohammad Nazir Sheikh for further distribution among the health workers.President Drugs and Chemist Association Rajouri said that the organization is always ready to extend its best possible support to the district administration in its fight against the COVID19 pandemic and assured that the organization shall continue to contribute as per its capacity to mitigate the sufferings of the general public amid this global pandemic.The DC expressed gratitude to the Drugs and Chemist Association for their help and said that such activities encourage the district administration as well as other social organizations to make their contribution towards fighting against coronavirus.Meantime, the DC appealed to the other social organizations to step forward and help the district administration in the hour of need.District Statistical and Evaluation Officer, Bilal Rashid Mir and President Drugs and Chemist Association, Shada Dar besides others were present on the occasion.
