PUDA & other Authorities to conduct e-auction of properties from OCT 1

On the auspicious occasion of navratras, properties to the nature of group housing, hotel, commercial chunk, petrol/diesel pump/CNG station/gas station, hospital, SCO, SCS, SCF, shops, booths, built-up booths and residential plots situated in different cities across the state would be available for bidding in the e-auction. The e-auction of properties falling under jurisdiction of Greater Mohali Area Development Authority, Patiala Development Authority, Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority, Bathinda Development Authority and Jalandhar Development Authority shall begin on October 1, 2019 and for properties under jurisdiction of Amritsar Development Authority on October 03, 2019.Divulging the details, a spokesman said that while the e-auction of properties offered by Patiala Development Authority, Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority, Bathinda Development Authority and Jalandhar Development Authority would conclude on October 10, 2019, auction of properties offered by Greater Mohali Area Development Authority and Amritsar Development Authority would close on October 11, 2019 and October 14, 2019 respectively.He said properties offered under jurisdiction of GMADA include commercial chunks, petrol/diesel pump/CNG station /gas station sites located in Aerocity & Medicity, IT industrial plots and hotel sites of  IT City, SCO, booths and residential plots situated in different sectors of Mohali and industrial plots of Rajpura. Besides these, a group housing site of Patiala, a school site of Batala, a hotel site and a hospital site of Jalandhar would also be offered in the e-auction. Other than above, commercial properties such as SCO, SCF, SCS, shops, built-up booths, double storey shops etc. & residential plots located in different cities viz. Patiala, Mohali, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Bathinda, Amritsar, Malout, Sangrur, Amargarh, Phillaur, Gurdaspur, Kapurthala, Phagwara, Batala and Sultanpur Lodhi would also be available for bidding in the e-auction.He informed that for participating in the e-auction intending bidders shall be required to register on the e-auction portal “puda.e-auctions.in” and obtain user ID and password. Bidders shall be required to deposit refundable/adjustable eligibility fee by way of Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/RTGS/NEFT. “Detail pertaining to the properties offered including reserve price, nature, location plan, and other terms & conditions would be hosted on the portal before commencement of the e-auction”, he added.
