Under direction of Hon'ble Deputy Commissioner, Gurdaspur, Sh. Vipul Ujjwal Nodal Deptts. & Converging Deptts. Head has been assigned proposed activities under POSHAN MAH. Exec. Engineer cum Nodal Officer, Water Supply & Sanitation Circle, Gurdaspur in co ordination with ICDS Block Batala and in co operation with Principal GGSSS Batala, Mrs. Balwinder Kaur organised a CYCLE RALLY ON HYGIENE to aware public on HYGIENE & SANITATION ISSUES. Around 50 Girl students took part in Rally which covered Dharampura Colony, Mian Mohalla area, Khajuri Gate and Dharampura while raising slogans about Hygiene and Sanitation issues.
Rally was Flagged off by Dy DEO (SE) Gsp. S. Lakhwinder Singh along with S. Varinder Singh CDPO Batala, ICDS Block Batala Supervisors Rajwant Kaur, Jasbir Kaur, Lakhbir Kaur, Paramjit Kaur, Gurjit Kaur, Sunita and Staff members of Govt. Girls Sr Sec. School, Batala. Workers present at this occasion were Rajwant Kaur, Sukhjinder Kaur, Jagdip Kaur, Madhu, Manjit, Daljit Kaur, Harmeet & Inderjit a few glimpses.
