Dr. Nirmal Kumar Singh, Speaker, Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, called on Governor Satya Pal Malik at the Raj Bhavan here today.Governor and Dr. Singh discussed several important matters relating to public welfare and ensuring equitable development of all the three regions of the State.Dr. Singh invited Governor to the ‘Kisan Mela’ to be held at Ramkot in Kathua district during the 3rd week of February.
