Indus Public School Shines in Zonal Athletics Meets and won 54 Gold 31 Silver and 12 Bronze Medals

Indus Public School excelled in Zonal Athletics Meet  which was at Khalsa Senior Secondry school, Kharar . The athletes from Indus Public School participated in various athletic events such as Track events, Jump events and field events. The students of Indus Public school bagged 54 Gold medals, 31 Silver medals and 12 Bronze medals.In under 19 boys 100,200,800 meter race ,rally race , 5 Km walk,Long jump ,High jump , triple jump , Shot put,discuss throw ,Students of Indus School won first  and second position   whereas in under 19 girls won first position in  100, 400 meter race including rally race , triple jump ,100/4 and 400/4 rally race .Students under 17 and under 14 also  won various positions in this athletic meet. Col. C.S Cheema Director, & Col. S.P.S Cheema Manager of the school congratulated the athletes .Parampreet Principal of the school while Congratulating the students said that the real victory is in having done your best. She also appreciated the effort put in by coach for making these achievements possible and by putting in all his hard work to ensure that the children achieve high ranks.
