Chairman LC reviews arrangements for Dalai Lama’s visit to Kargil, Mulbekh

Chairman, Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Council, Hajji Anayat Ali in a meeting reviewed the arrangements made by the district administration for Dalai Lama’s forthcoming visit to Kargil and Mulbekh.Chairman and Chief Executive Councilor LAHDC Kargil, Kachoo Ahmad Ali Khan, Councilor Mohammad Ali, President Mulbekh Buddhist Association, SER&B, Chief Medical Officer Kargil, Ibrahim Khan, DSP Headquarter, Kachoo Ishtiyaq and other senior officers of various departments attended the meeting.The Chairman was briefed by the district administration about the foolproof arrangements made by them for making the visit a grand success.Expressing the satisfaction over the arrangements, Hajji Anayat asked the district administration to work with coordination and tandem. He asked the PHE department to ensure adequate drinking water facilities during the religious sermon both at Hussaini Park Kargil and Spring Dales Public School Mulbekh.Later, the Chairman visited Mulbekh and took stock of the arrangements there.
