Ignoring the morning chill and fog, Republic Day was celebrated across Bihar on Friday with joy and enthusiasm.Hundreds of thousands of people, particularly children and youths, participated in official functions in rural and urban areas of the state.Governor Satya Pal Malik hoisted the tricolour at Gandhi Maidan here and took the salute at an impressive parade by security forces.
