43rd meeting of the Board of Directors of HIMUDA was held here today under the chairmanship of  Urban Development, Housing and TCP Minister cum chairman HIMUDA Sh. Sudhir Sharma.The BoD accorded approval to give DA to its employees at an enhanced rate of 134 per cent with effect from 1st January,2017 alongwith 4 per cent Interim Relief  with effect from 1stAugust,2017.It also accorded approval for construction of commercial complex at Vikas Nagar Shimla amounting Rs.143.65 crore, construction of six shops  and two halls in commercial complex Parwanoo  Sector-1 with a cost of Rs. 2.68 crore, construction of 52 shops in commercial complex Parwanoo Sector-1 with a cost of Rs. 6.83 crore, construction of 55 shops, six food court,12 booths in commercial complex in sector-2 Parwanoo at a cost of Rs. 84 crore.BoD also gave approval for construction of food court and halls at commercial complex at Kalujhanda in Baddi with a cost of Rs. 6.32 crore, construction of  eight flats at Mohli (Sidhpur) in Dharamshala under partially self-financing scheme at a cost of Rs. 1.64 crore.In addition to this, housing colony at Rajwari in Mandi district amounting to Rs.17.89 crore was also given approval. Similarly, approval was also given for flats at Bindravan Phase-1 (Palampur) at a cost of Rs. 9 crore.This meeting was also attended by Er. Yashwant Chhajta, Vice Chairman Himuda Sh. Vikas Kapoor, Non official Members, Smt. Manisha Nanda Additional Chief Secretary (Housing, TCP and UD),Dr. D.K. Gupta Director, Urban Development Department and officers of  IPH, PWD and HIMUDA.
